This week was a busy one – Zach worked crazy hours all week long, which left Addi and I on our own to keep ourselves busy, so we didn’t miss him too much. We spent a day at the zoo, hiked Horsetooth Rock, and played at the park numerous times. I don’t know what I would do without that girl. I would be so lonely!
This week’s meal plan has a wide variety of some of our favorite meals! I really could just copy down this meal plan for every week and not get tired of it. I make these stuffed shells for people when they have had a baby, recently moved, or just need a meal. You can prepare everything and then just put them in the refrigerator before you cook them. I pair them with some frozen breadsticks and veggies and it’s a solid meal that doesn’t take a lot of time and energy! Also, that Alfredo down there? Don’t be fooled by its healthiness. You may not want to eat any other kind of Alfredo again. It tastes so good!
