This Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff needs just four ingredients to make an awesome side or dessert recipe! It tastes so fresh and delicious.
It is up for debate as to whether this Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff is a side dish or a dessert. I grew up with things like this being a side dish, but when you break down the ingredients, it probably sways more on the dessert side. I’m just going to keep calling it a side dish though, so I don’t have to feel bad eating it with my dinner.
I think one of my favorite parts about this recipe is that it only requires four easy ingredients and it will only dirty one bowl, total. That’s it. Quick prep and easy clean up are just as important to a good recipe as the taste of it! This Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff hits all the right checkpoints. It’s just a bonus that it actually tastes pretty good too.
We go through a few pounds of strawberries every week at my house. I have two kids that love them and I also really enjoy them in Greek yogurt with some honey. My favorite part about them is how light and fresh they can make something taste. That is definitely the case here.
I have tried a few variations of this recipe that I will link to below and I honestly can’t decide which one is my favorite. You might just have to try them all to find out which one is best!
This would make for a great side dish for Thanksgiving next week or a quick dessert recipe for any holiday parties you are attending this season.

Regular vanilla yogurt or Greek Yogurt? Curious how Greek Yogurt may change the flavor and thicken it up a bit or how it would react with the pudding mix.

I made this for Easter and since it says it’s for 4 servings I doubled the recipe. We had 27 people there and it definitely made more than 8 servings. Some people went back for seconds and some didn’t have it. But everyone LOVED it and wanted the recipe.
