I have a sick husband in my house right now and let’s just say…it’s no fun. No fun at all. We’re going on day three of this plague and it’s taken a toll on all of us. So me, trying to be a good wife, tried extra hard to make Zachary something special for breakfast. {Because one can only have so much cereal.} And this is what I whipped up:
These babies turned out way better than I could have ever hoped. Imagine gooey, sticky, cinnamon rolls that take 5 minutes tops to prepare and these are what you’ll get. We both couldn’t get enough of them.

- 1/2 cup pancake syrup
- 3 Tbsp. butter melted
- 1/3 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a bundt cake pan with non-stick spray.
-
Combine the syrup and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
-
In another small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. {And nuts if using.}
-
Pour half the syrup mixture into the bottom of your pan and sprinkle half the brown sugar mixture on top.
-
Lay the biscuits on the bottom of the pan, overlapping tightly to form a ring.
-
Top with the remaining syrup and sugar mixtures.

Bake for about 25 minutes or until the biscuits are fully cooked.
-
Let cool for about a minute and then invert onto a serving platter.
-
Pull apart buns and serve warm.
Don’t be surprised if these become your new go-to breakfast. Especially when guests are over. It has definitely become ours! Enjoy.
