Salted Caramel Turtle Fudge

  • 3 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups caramel bits
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1-2 tsp. coarse salt


  1. Line an 8 or 9 inch pan with foil.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan.
  3. Stir in the caramel bits and pecans and immediately spread the fudge evenly into the prepared pan. Top with salt.
  4. Let sit on the counter for one hour and then let chill in the fridge for 4+ hours, until firm. Cut into squares and serve.
