Mini Alfredo Pizza Ghosts

Ingredients

  • 1 {10 ct.} tube of Pilsbury Biscuits {I used the country style, but you could use the Grands as well. You’ll just need to increase the amount of ingredients that follow.}
  • 1/2 cup alfredo sauce
  • 1 & 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 20 olive slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Flatten out your biscuits to about 1/4 inch thick and tug on one side of the edge to give it a ghost-like look.
  3. Spread 2-3 tsp. alfredo sauce onto each biscuit.
  4. Top with 2-3 Tbsp. cheese.
  5. Place two olives on each ghost to be their eyes.
  6. Bake for 7-10 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
