Five Ingredient Raspberry Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350° and spray a 9x9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

  2. Combine the three dry ingredients together, then add the milk. Mix well.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and then sprinkle the raspberries evenly throughout.

  4. Bake for 27-30 minutes.

  5. (Optional) For the last 5-10 minutes you can sprinkle some sugar on top to create a nice crust.
