Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 1 15 oz can creamed sweet corn
  • 1 8.5 oz pkg Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter melted {I use salted}

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.

  2. Stir all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until edges are browned and center is no longer runny.
