If there is anything I've learned in life, it's that it's always easier to eat healthy when you can somehow trick yourself into it. Craving ice cream? Make sure it's made with strawberries, or at the very least, is strawberry flavored. Needing some chocolate in your life? Pop a few chocolate covered raisins. No big deal. And then there's the idea of this delicious fruit dip - eat as much as you want. Heck, dip your fingers in it and eat it plain! {Guilty.} Just as long as every other bite is with a piece of fresh fruit. If you follow these rules, you'll be sure to get pretty far in life!
Okay, okay. So maybe these aren't the best guidelines to eating healthy, but that doesn't mean you can't splurge on a little sugar every now and again, while still getting your daily fruits in! That's what this fruit dip is for. The best part about this recipe is that it's not only super tasty, but it only requires three ingredients! {Which in my opinion, is the best kind of recipe.}
Ingredients:
- 1 block (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow creme
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and blend until smooth.
- Serve with your favorite fruit. {Mine is strawberries...ya know...just in case you couldn't tell.}
This is one of my favorite things to take to friends' houses for get-togethers. Everybody loves it and making it takes no time at all. I hope you like it!

ReplyDeleteI work in a grocery store here in So Cal and (minus the Cool Whip) this is the dip we serve with any fruit trays that are ordered. It's so wonderful on strawberries. Next time I make it at home I'll habe to try it with the Whip
