Ingredients

  • 3 lbs red potatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 6 chives chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into chunky pieces, about 1-inch in diameter. Place potatoes in slow cooker and cover with water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with lid.
  2. Let sit on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.
  3. Once done cooking, drain water, if any, and mix in ranch dressing and chives. Serve warm.
