Crockpot Mac and Cheese

This Crockpot Mac and Cheese recipe makes comfort food so easy! My kids like it more than box mac and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/2 cups milk
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled to room temp. I use salted
  • 3 lg eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the milk, evaporated milk, butter, eggs, salt, and pepper in your slow cooker and whisk until smooth.

  3. Add the Italian cheese and macaroni and stir it gently to evenly coat it all.

  4. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 2.5 hours, until center does not jiggle and pasta is tender.
