Ingredients

  • 2 & 1/2 cups rice krispy cereal
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 $ 1/2 cups smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 lb. dipping chocolate I use Candiquik

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the cereal and powdered sugar together and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the peanut butter and butter on medium heat. As soon as it becomes a uniform liquid, remove from heat and pour over the cereal mixture, stirring well until fully combined.
  3. Form into 1-inch balls and place on parchment paper to let cool, about 1 hour.
  4. Once cooled, melt the chocolate in a bowl, according to package directions.

  5. Place a peanut butter ball on top of a fork and lower it into the bowl of chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drizzle through the prongs of the fork and scrape on the sides of the bowl.

  6. Place the ball back on the parchment paper and let sit until chocolate hardens, about 20 minutes.
