Cookies and Cream Fondue

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup {1/2 stick} salted butter {Look for the REAL Seal!}
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream {Look for the REAL Seal!}
  • 24 oz. premier white morsels
  • 15 chocolate sandwich cookies coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter and cream and bring to a simmer, stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from heat and add morsels. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Add chopped cookies and gently fold in, just until combined.
  4. Serve immediately with your choice of dipper. {Suggestions: strawberries, apples, bananas, pound cake, brownies, and my ultimate fav - pretzel chips.}
