Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk {I use full fat}
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 cups cubed ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
