Cranberry Dill Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1 tsp. dried onion
  • 1 cup pecans

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the cranberry sauce, dill, and onion and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Place a square of plastic wrap on the counter.
  4. Scoop out all of the cheese ball mixture and for it into a ball. Place the cream cheese mixture in the middle of the plastic wrap and place in the freezer for one hour.
  5. Pulse the pecans in a food processor until small bits form. Transfer it to a shallow bowl.
  6. Take the cheese ball out of the freezer and remove the plastic wrap. Form into a firmer ball and then roll it in the pecans.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite crackers!
