No Bake Lemon Layered Dessert

This No Bake Lemon Layered Dessert makes for an easy dessert recipe! Golden Oreos, cheesecake, lemon pudding, and whipped topping make it taste awesome!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. regular Golden Oreos {36 cookies}
  • 6 Tbsp. butter melted {I use salted}
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 3 & 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. milk divided
  • 4 cups whipped topping thawed and divided
  • 2 {3.4 oz.) pkgs. instant lemon pudding
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Finely crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor or with a Ziploc bag and rolling pin.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs and the butter until well combined.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into a 9x13 inch and then place in the refrigerator to set while you work on the other layers.
  4. In a medium bowl, whip the cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  5. Add the sugar and 2 Tbsp. of milk and mix well.
  6. Fold in 1 & 1/2 cups whipped topping.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust and return to refrigerator.
  8. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining 3 & 1/4 cup milk and lemon pudding and whisk until pudding begins to thicken.
  9. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese layer and return to refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  10. Spread the remaining whipping topping over the pudding layer and top with the lemon zest.
