Skinny Banana Pancakes
These Skinny Banana Pancakes give you a banana bread taste, without sacrificing your calories! They are a very easy breakfast to throw together!

large egg whites

Tbsp.
honey

cup
instant oatmeal

tsp.
vanilla extract

tsp.
cinnamon

Tbsp.
milk

Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray and warm on medium-low heat.

Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high for 30 seconds.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook other side until it begins to brown.
Toppings ideas: walnuts, pecans, whipped cream, bananas, syrup, honey, etc.
