Skinny Banana Pancakes

These Skinny Banana Pancakes give you a banana bread taste, without sacrificing your calories! They are a very easy breakfast to throw together!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 large bananas
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1-2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Spray a griddle or skillet with non-stick spray and warm on medium-low heat.
  2. Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook other side until it begins to brown.

Toppings ideas: walnuts, pecans, whipped cream, bananas, syrup, honey, etc.
