Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado Panini

Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta Sandwich Roll
  • 2 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 medium tomato sliced
  • 5 slices turkey {we like thin slices}
  • 3 slices bacon cut in half and cooked {for a total of 6 pieces}
  • 1/4 avocado mashed
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. salted butter

Instructions

  1. If it's not already cut, cut your Sandwich Roll in half.
  2. On one half, layer the cheese, tomato slices, turkey, and bacon.
  3. On the other half of bread, spread the mashed avocado and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Press the two halves of bread together and then butter each side with 1/2 tsp. butter.
  5. Cook in a frying pan on medium/low heat {Or if you have a George Foreman, use that. It works like a charm!}, until both sides are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
