  • 2 cups whipping cream {look for the REALĀ® Seal!}
  • 1 {14 oz.} can sweetened condensed milk {look for the REALĀ® Seal!}
  • 3 cups Dr. Pepper soda
  • 1/4 cup coconut Syrup {I use Torani sugar-free}
  • Juice of 1 lime

  1. Whip the cream with an electric mixer or a Blendtec, just until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a medium saucepan, boil the Dr. Pepper down to 1 and 1/2 cups over high heat, stirring constantly. This takes about 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the whipped cream, Dr Pepper, coconut syrup, and lime juice and mix well.
  4. Transfer to a seal-tight container and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
