Homemade Poppyseed Dressing Recipe

  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seeds


  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and salt and pulse on high speed for 20 seconds.
  2. Put the blender or food processor on medium speed and gradually add the vegetable oil in a slow, steady stream.
  3. Stir in the poppy seeds with a spatula.
