Hello! Did you miss me? I've only taken a two week hiatus is all. No big deal. The fact that I'm here today though is good news because it means things have gotten less crazy with the little miss! Thank goodness.
I have to admit that I haven't baked/cooked a single thing in the last week and a half that she's been here. Zachary's squadron has taken really good care of us and have provided dinner just about every day! We've felt so loved. Luckily, I went on a baking spree a couple days before Addi was born and I think it's high time I share a few of those recipe with you.
I have to say that these Rolo Cookies are probably one of the best cookies you'll eat in your entire life. They go perfect with a tall glass of milk and that caramel in the middle? It's pretty much my favorite part.
Recipe from Six Sisters Stuff
Makes about 3 dozen
- 1 box Duncan Hines Devils Food Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- About 36 Rolo'sDirections:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine cake mix, oil, and eggs.
- Take a small spoonful of dough and for a ball around the Rolo.
- Place on cookie sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.
They're best served warm in my opinion. Enjoy!
